Resetting your FTP Password

The FTP username and password are created by you when the domain is setup in the Control Panel. If you have forgotten what was used as the ftp Username/Password, they can be reset from the Control Panel.

First, log into the Control Panel. Then click on the domain name in question.

Click on "Setup".

 

Reset the FTP Username and Password and then click on OK.
