Setting up a domainDetails of how to log into your control panel will be e-mailed to you once your account is setup. You need to log into your control panel using the username and password given in the same e-mail. Note: If your web browser asks if you want to trust the certificate, You should click "Yes" to proceed.
After logging in you will be presented with this page,
Click on the "New Domain" button.
After a short time, the screen shown above will come up. Type in the URL of the domain name you are trying to setup. Note: If you tick the www box you don't type http:// or www, just the domain name, e.g. for http://www.domainname.com you would type domainname.com, with the www box ticked.
Your domain will be created for you automatically and you will be taken to this page. Now you need to configure the domain, to do this click on the actual domain name.
After clicking on the domain name you are taken to this screen here. The next step is to click on the HOSTING button
This will bring up this screen, were you should select Physical Hosting and then press the Next button.
You now need to fill out the empty fields on the page that comes up. First you should make a username and password you will use for ftp login, so you can transfer your files to the server. This username can be anything you like, as can the password, however it should be kept secret and secure. You can also set the transfer limit for the domain. If you need Front Page extensions you should enter a username and password and tick the authentication button. Once this username and password is set, it cannot be changed.
Next tick the appropriate boxes for the services that you require. You can change these options at anytime. Once have finished, click update.
Once the domain is setup in your account, the final step is to contact the registrar of the domain and enter a delegation request (To change the DNS of the domain to point to our servers).
