Dear Customer
We need to migrate you from this server due to the server suffering from high load. We would like to move you to a newer server. Rather than risk an extended period of downtime with the current server.
The migration will take place ASAP (sorry for the short notice), and we will email you to confirm when your migration has been completed.

As a result of the move, the IP address will be changing for the website(s) you host with us:
After the migration is completed there will be a period of around 24 hours while DNS propagation is taking place. During this time people viewing your website may see either the old server or the new one; once the propagation is completed only the new server will be visible.
The old server will be available to us for a limited time after the migration, therefore we ask that you report any issues following migration to us immediately so that they can be resolved before the server is decommissioned.
